Process and Validation

The backbone of our process is an industry leading Talurit 130 ton, PLC controlled Hydraulic swager. With its control settings we can repeat thousands of cycles at a selected swaging pressure.

Our Mark-10 pull testing machine gives us capability to proof load cable assemblies to your specifications, as well as perform break testing to ensure that the cable breaks before the end terminations fail. See video here of our swaging and testing process.
